Job summary

Responsible for leading teachers, students and parents in all the programs, activities and subjects at the School; and creating a positive, caring learning environment.

This role involves: Advocating for the School’s vision and values, providing leadership, coordinating assemblies and counselling staff, planning and supporting and leading different events. It requires having an up to date knowledge of instructional techniques and curriculum, providing coaching and mentoring for staff and building good communication and interaction with parents. Additionally, it also needs to administer all programs in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Board and administration of the school, utilize feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction and carry out other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements

Has a university graduate degree in education and with 3 years’ teaching experience. Demonstrates ability to lead and work with sensitivity to unique and multicultural perspectives. Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
