Responsible for assisting in a variety of IT technology for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, server and email, as well as Help Desk duties.
This role involves:
• maintaining and repairing computer hardware, equipment and devices, assisting in installation, updating and troubleshooting in systems, software, networks and server
• setting up new email and network account
• responding to service calls and emails
• assisting to manage inventory of software licenses, software application, hardware components and IT supplies
• carrying out other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Graduates from computer related training school with 6 months to 1 years’ experience. Is able to be multitasking, learn and be flexible for working hours. Has a good command of Chinese and English for Chinese national staff.
