Responsible for moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant reports and financial statements. Works with limited supervision. Performs cost, payment, depreciation and general accounting. This role involves filing of accounting records, processing the accounting data and drafting the accounting statements and reports, updating the school books, and managing the cash flow as directed. Additionally, it requires compiling and files tax, assisting in the implementation of accounting system, budget and audit, and carrying out other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements

Has a Bachelor degree in accounting, with needed accounting certificates and 1-3 years’ experience. Is detailed and organized. Has good computer skill and accounting-related software skills. Has a good command of English and Chinese for Chinese national staff.
